Meet Derek Stallard, a ºÚÁÏÉçÇø student, as he shares why he chose to pursue and MBA in Strategic Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Cedarville. With Christ-centered values built into every class, Derek explains how his program shaped not only his business mindset but also his faith and leadership.
Through his coursework, Derek discovered the importance of slowing down, analyzing ideas, and being intentional with innovation. He learned that taking time to reflect is not laziness but a critical opportunity for creativity and growth. This Christ-centered perspective has been one of the most valuable lessons Derek has carried with him from Cedarville.
At Cedarville, students don’t just study business — they are mentored to integrate faith, innovation, and leadership into every aspect of their professional and personal lives. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship program prepares graduates to think critically, act ethically, and make a difference in their communities and industries.
